Under construction - still a lot more to come in the future.

On this space I'll just upload photography that I commit, and comment it to a certain degree.

If that appeals to you - watch this space.

I'm using a Canon EOS 300D for this hobby of mine, and have 3 different lenses.  The main one these days is a Sigma 18-125mm f:3,5-5,6 and then there's a Canon FE 100-300.  I also use the original kit-lens with a enlarging filter for some close ups.

Up till recently I've been shooting in high definition .jpg files, but am now experimenting with .raw files as I find it more convenient to process these files afterwards.

The late Dutch singer André Hazes - standing in the middle of Amsterdam.  That is his bronze statue is....

A romantic picture of one of the many canals in Holland

The local 168 metres high TV tower Vealøs, dressed up as a Christmas tree. Picture shot in a dark clear evening with the 300mm lens at a distance of approx 6 km, with an exposure time of 15 seconds.

The moon over Bourbon street.  Or at least over Skien.

Early morning mood - with a little help from the Canon Digital Photo Professional....

A couple of lucky shots through the bed room window during a thunderstorm...

Manual settings of aperture time and focus, and just clicking on random, hoping to catch the lightning in the right moment.  And it worked out a couple of times.

There has been some time now without posting any new pictures.  I'll try to make it good with posting a few pictures that are really good.  At least I like them much myself

First two more from the land of wood clogs and cheese:

A capture of one of the infinite amount of bridges in the city of Amsterdam, with a slightly misty background.

An unlucky fruit seller in the streets that had a crate of strawberries toppled over on the sidewalk.....

Experimenting with aperture to make both the close and distant parts sharp. Taken at one of  the glass exhibits of the Swedish Costa Boda "Glassland" area.
